What is Regression Therapy?
It’s a therapy that enables the client to access the Past Life or Current Life memories which are normally hidden in the sub-conscious mind. These forgotten experiences often contain emotional wounds that have remained unhealed and persisted in triggering unexpected thoughts, feelings and semi-conscious convictions that are symptomatic of the current condition. Through working backwards in time, the repressed events of early childhood or infancy are mentally recovered for processing in a safe environment which client will learn first to be stable in a relaxed body and mind, grounded and confident in the treatment. The process of memory retrieval is called "past life regression."
The reliving of one's past life experience is akin to viewing a fast-forwarded video-recording of one's history in that lifetime. As the story unfolds, this brings insight as to how its current symptoms could have their origin in that lifetime. Once the client is brought back to conscious knowledge of its forgotten experience, the symptom often disappears because there is no more energy stored in the body. This recognition of its disturbing feeling as belonging to a previous era dissolves the symptomatic projection. It's now learning to put its emotion back into its proper time sequence, processing it with a change in perspective, and healing takes place.
For the believers in reincarnation, it takes the view of the soul as having lived many lifetimes in many other bodies previously and is now on its learning journey in their body in the current life. For the individuals coming from the "one-life-only" school of thought, they may view the past-life phenomenon through the Jungian concept of the "collective unconscious" into which they have dipped, to access the vast collective memory of mankind.

Clients have been reporting after the session a feeling of peace and joy as they activate their spiritual virtues of self-transcendence as a pathway to meaning in life. They also notice the shift of perspective in the way they see themselves and others around them. Their personal responsibility is awakened empowering them to make the change they need in their current life.
What to expect
The client is guided into a trance state via hypnosis; only a light-trance state is required for past life memory recall; most clients find information and memories appear quite quickly and spontaneously. Some people are satisfied with one session, while others may wish to continue with multiple sessions.
A Past Life Regression session can be either 2 or 2 1/2 hours in duration. Following the regression, it's a good idea to set some time aside to process the experience. Drink plenty of water and let your energy settle. This is simply indicating that the healing process is taking place.
A Current Life Regression session can take 2 hours or 2 1/2 and could be involved with Inner Child Healing. Depends on the issue more Inner Child session might be required and between session Energy healing or a quick Past life regression for integration and Energy Healing. Again, a follow-up session is required to establish the continuity of the work using other modalities with counselling approach.
Important: Regression in only done for therapeutic purpose in combination with counselling and other psychotherapy approaches.
